Cleaning

☆ Keep the battery appearances and operating environment clean and dry.

☆ Do not cause static when cleaning batteries.

☆ Clean batteries with a wet cloth. It's prohibited to use gasoline, alcohol or any other organic solvents to clean batteries.

Periodical Examination

In order to ensure the normal service life of battery, battery should be inspected and maintained regularly. Inspection can be conducted in 3 schedules: monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Battery maintenance must be performed by personnel with specialized knowledge.

Cautions

☆ Every month, recommend inspection on every battery voltage, temperature, terminal connection.

☆ Every quarter, recommend an equalization charge according to manufacturer's operation guidance.

☆ Every half year, recommend an battery capacity discharge test to identify if any faulty battery and replace in time to prolong whole battery bank service life. Can be done yearly also if battery is in standby and nearly discharge in a year (depends on user system reliability and safety standard).
